今日有玩家发帖，称一年前在京东自营店入手的国行PS5出了些异常，不仅光驱不读盘，系统升级还失败了，导致无限进入安全模式无法正常开机游玩。他联系售后时，由于1209A的老型号已经没货，客服人员称可以9折赔付。
